General rules and studio regulations regarding service bookings, minimum age requirements, deposits, health disclosures, and client responsibilities.
Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive tattoo or piercing services without parental consent. Valid state or government-issued photo ID is strictly required for all sessions, and no exceptions are made without proof of age.
Clients must accurately disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy status, or medications (including blood thinners) prior to service. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in the studio declining or discontinuing service.
Services will be immediately refused to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or blood thinners. Deposits will be forfeited in such instances, and the appointment will need to be rebooked once the client can proceed safely.
We maintain a respectful, professional environment for all clients and staff. The studio reserves the right to end a session or refuse future service to anyone behaving abusively toward staff or other clients.
Custom designs created for a specific client remain the intellectual property of the studio and artist. Clients are granted rights to wear the tattoo but not to reproduce, resell, or redistribute the design artwork itself.
Our artists and piercers reserve the right to decline any placement, design, or procedure they assess as medically inadvisable, poorly suited to the client's skin, or outside studio standards.
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
