All deposits and retainers collected to secure a booking are non-refundable, including in cases of client-initiated cancellation, regardless of notice given.
Payment for completed tattoo or piercing services is final. Because these are bespoke, immediately delivered services, refunds are not offered once a procedure has been performed as agreed.
Where a complimentary touch-up is included with a service, it must be booked within the specified window (typically 60 days) and is limited to correcting minor ink dropout or healing inconsistencies, not design changes.
If you have concerns about the quality or execution of a service, please contact the studio directly within 14 days so we can review the work and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a complimentary correction session at our discretion.
Aftercare products and merchandise purchased in-studio may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging. Opened aftercare products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
