Rules governing services for clients under 18, including required parental presence, consent documentation, and placement restrictions.
Clients between 16 and 18 years old may receive select piercings (such as earlobe) with a parent or legal guardian present in person and providing valid photo ID along with the minor's ID.
We do not provide tattoo services to anyone under 18 years of age under any circumstances, including with parental consent, in line with standard industry and regulatory practice.
Parents or legal guardians must complete and sign a written consent form on-site immediately before the procedure. Consent forms signed off-site or submitted digitally in advance are not accepted.
Facial, oral, and genital piercings are not available to minors regardless of parental consent. Approved placements are limited to ears and, in some cases, nostril piercings at staff discretion.
Staff may request proof of legal guardianship in addition to photo ID where the relationship to the minor is not otherwise evident, to ensure consent is provided by an authorized individual.
