1. Deposits & Retainers

All booking retainers are non-refundable. Retainers go toward the final cost of your session or custom design preparation and secure your appointment slot with your chosen artist or piercer.

2. Rescheduling Notice

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

3. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, depending on the remaining time available in the artist's or piercer's schedule. Repeated late arrivals may affect future booking priority.

4. Multi-Session Project Scheduling

For large-scale or multi-session tattoo projects, session deposits are collected individually per session and are subject to the same 48-hour rescheduling notice. Sessions are typically spaced 3–6 weeks apart to allow proper healing.

5. No-Shows

Clients who do not attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice forfeit their deposit in full and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.

6. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare case the studio must cancel or reschedule due to artist illness, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified as early as possible and offered the next available slot or a full deposit transfer.
